I am still working on our Halloween Party. I am going for cute spooky so I wanted to make potion bottles for our spooky treat table. Of course, I wanted it to be easy and very DIY. I found these labels from the Martha Stewart line.
I grabbed these wooden signs I had purchased a while back. I knew one day I would turn them into something. It pays to be a craft hoarder.
I loved the way they look but they needed some paint and some distressing for that old spooky look. So, that is what I did.
These labels are so perfect because they just stick on. No glue! Perfect!
See the distressed edges. You know, for that edgy look. {snicker}
I also grabbed 2 bottles and decided to jazz those up. One is just water with green food coloring but for the brains, I used small marshmallows and red food coloring.
I have also been working on making Poms for the decor and a sign for the “Little Monsters Cupcakery.”
So spooky, So brainy and So La-Dee-Da!
