Hello it is your La-Dee-Da Crafter and I am so excited it is fall. My house is ready, my porch is ready and I have already completed tons of fall projects. This one is a favorite.
I took an old Halloween sign that was fading and decided to revamp it.
It originally was an old shelf. I started out my sanding it down and spray painted it a brown color. I kept a brown strip at the bottom.
I love these colors together. Seems like fall to me.
Now, I used my Cricut and cut out my phrases.
Our Family Harvest: Plant Smiles, Grow Grins and Harvest Love.
I love it!
Now, just spray paint over the words and peel off once it is dry.
I sanded the edges for a rustic look and added a rustic beadboard Pumpkin that I made. I am going to show you all of my bead board pumpkins soon!
I also used one of my adhesive Martha Steward Stencils for the bottom.
I was done and now everyone can see our family harvest!
My favorite part is the wording is even and some letters are bigger. I love this because it gives that imperfect rustic look. But that is just me.
So rustic, So Havest time and So La-Dee-Da!
